One Crazy Summer

Ok, so our summer has been full of ups and downs thats for sure! We have had two deaths in our family so far and now the triplets are sick with bad colds and ear infections. Its been a roller coster these past few weeks, I just want my boys to get better soon.
As I lay here I can't really find things to write about, lol, although so much has happend since I last blogged!!!

One fun and different thing is that we have been going to our Aunt Jan's house lately. She lives in another city and she owns a daycare at her house. It has been really good for the boys to be around other kids and learn a little more discipline. If any of you know my grandmother(which is my dads mom) you know that she does not like to punish the precious trio. Me, on the other hand, believe that they need structure balance in their lives. The daycare routine at my aunts' has been a godsend. I have really enjoyed going down to her house and getting away from it all also, it gives my mom and dad a little break from having to worry about all of us all the time.

As for Jacob, he is not sick THANK GOD. He is doing great in swimming and drawing pictures using markers these days. He is such a big boy, he even tells me that he wants a monster cake for his birthday next month!

The other day Jacob needed a long over due haircut, and as most of you know my pre-children occupation was a cosmotoligist so I gave my kid a haircut. I must say though, he was terrible! It took my grandmother and myself to get this childs hair cut! UGH! The cut turned out amazing though... my skills are still sharp! lol.

Well, I guess thats all for now, the triplets are actually resting tonight, and hopefully they will rest throughout the night so I can rest also. I have more doctor appointments this week to follow up on to make sure they are ok so keep us in your prayers!

Ohhhh Baby Baby Its A Wild World!

This past week has been really busy... and full of fun, mischief, and of course everyday ups and downs! We had vacation bible school at our church and Jacob was old enough to attend this year. I decided to jump on the help-out/volunteer wagon, it was fun to help out and be there with Jacob! He really did have a good time... except when our Pastor Todd made him eat. I was able to get a picture of him sitting next to him.

Jacob has a ball playin in small groups with kids, but when it comes to larger groups he shys away. It worries me at times, but I think it is only a stage and he will outgrow it. He prefers adults to children though; mainly women. Again, I was able to snap a few pictures of him with his teacher this week. They are dancing together!

Jacob and his dance partner!

Having fun with playdoe!

All laid out on the floor from dancing!

Well what were the triplets up to this week???

Everything and anything! Thanks to the help of my grandmothers and mom, I was able to take Jacob and stay with him at VBS this year. THANKS YOU GUYS!!! When mom kept the trio they were able to go outside and get into the little pool outback and play, when it was just the Nannies... well they stayed in or on the back porch doing the usual destructive things they do to things and to each other! I just really want them to STOP BITING. My poor Nathan looks like someone has literally beat his right arm! Ahhh! The culprit you ask? Ah, well Sir Nicholas Gregory! Shame Shame! So there ya go the usual week. Steady, sure, and as always ever so exciting!

Momma, my arm hurts!

I didn't do it! Brotherly love? LOL

Sweet baby Nick and his baby.

Noah in utter distress. Not really.
